DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION

We only ships within Malaysia (including East & West Malaysia).

  1. Shipping Address
    Please provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of your purchase. We will ship your order to the address specified in the billing or shipping details provided during checkout. Kindly ensure that you include a valid and reachable phone number to facilitate smooth delivery.
    We shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from an incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number provided by the customer.
  2. Delivery Timeline & Status
    We will take approximately 2 to 3 working days to process your order once it has been successfully placed.Estimated Delivery Timeline :-

    • Within Penang state – up to 3 working days
    • West Malaysia (outside of Penang state) – up to 5 working days
    • East Malaysia – up to 8 working days

    Customers will receive delivery status updates, including the tracking number, via email. You can also check the delivery status in your order details.

    Shipping charges and delivery timeframes may be subject to revision. During peak seasons/campaigns/promotional events, order processing and delivery times may experience delays. Customers are welcome to contact us for updates and further clarification.

    If we are unable to process your order within the timeframe, we will contact you via the provided contact information to notify you of the delay.

  3. Shipping Issues
    Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your product(s) and/or the parcel is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the respective courier partner and our insurance partner to investigate and resolve the issue. If possible, reimbursement to the customer (i.e. send a replacement or process a refund based on the circumstances) will be processed only after the investigation is completed.
    Damaged Parcel: If the parcel delivered to you arrives damaged or you suspected that the parcel has been opened, please refuse the shipment of the parcel.
  4. Delivery Responsibility Policy
    Our trusted courier partners ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Customers are advised to receive their orders in person upon delivery. If the customer is unavailable, they must make necessary arrangements to ensure the order is received by any authorised person. We and our courier partners are not responsible for unattended deliveries with proof of delivery that are lost. If delivery fails or is delayed due to customer-related issues, such as an incorrect delivery address or customer’s contact number is not reachable, the package will be returned to Further Top. For re-delivery requests, additional delivery charges will apply.If you have already accepted the delivery, please retain all relevant packaging materials together with the product(s) in its original condition. Claims for damaged or missing items should be reported within 24 hours upon the receipt of your order / parcel. Do note that returns may take up to 10 working days to reach us. Once received, we will examine and advise you the next course of action. In the event the product(s) returned is not damaged, we may at our discretion decide not to replace, repair or refund you for the product and/or require you to pay all reasonable delivery and servicing costs.
