RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at Further Top. We aim to provide a secure and satisfying experience for every customer. Due to the sensitive and high-value nature of precious metal transactions (i.e. gold), please carefully review our return and refund policy below.

  1. NO Cancellation / Exchange: We strongly advise you to review your order details before proceeding to payment. Orders cannot be cancelled / amend and product(s) cannot be exchanged once it is placed despite any reasons.
  2. NO Warranty: All our product(s) sold are without warranty.
  3. NO Return: We do not accept returns of product(s) as all sales of our product(s) are FINAL.
  4. Exceptions: Returning of product(s) may be eligible if it falls under the list of valid return reasons and are approved on case-by-case basis. However, customers who request the return MUST provide the following supporting evidence:
      1. CLEAR unboxing video of the parcel and checking on the condition of the product(s);
      2. CLEAR photographs showing the product problem;and
      3. relevant documentation (order confirmation / invoice / receipt).

    *Please note that any request for return without fulfilling ALL the supporting evidence requirements will be rejected.

  1. We sincerely apologise for any unpleasant purchase experience but if you do receive a product eligible for return under the policy, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the parcel.   2. Return Procedures
    • Customer who wishes to return the product(s) shall fill up a return/refund form provided by our support team and may proceed to ship the return product(s) to us.
    • Customer shall bear the freight charge (if any) on returning product(s) and be responsible for the safety of the product(s) throughout the delivery process. We strongly advise you to choose tracking shipment in order to trace the delivery progress of your product(s). We shall not be held responsible or in any way be responsible for any incident occurred and the condition of the product(s) during the shipment of the return product(s).
    • The return product(s) must be in its
      1. Original condition;
      2. Original product packing (packaging(s) must be returned); and
      3. Product(s) must be unaltered (including sticker / tag) and the weight must be the same as purchased.
  1. Verification and Processing
    • We will assess and inspect the condition of the return product(s) in compliance with our quality standards within 1-5 working days upon receiving the parcel.
    • If the return product(s) is approved, we will proceed to refund the payment into your bank account based on the details provided. Refund processing may take up to 1-3 working days for the amount to be reflected in your bank account.

    *Please note that any refund amount will be based on the net amount paid (after discount / promotion) when the initial order is placed, not the gold’s current market value. Delivery charges that were paid during the initial order are not eligible for any refund. We reserve the right and final decision to verify and ascertain the condition of the return product(s) and the approval for refund is at our sole discretion.
